I will admit it. Even though I love shopping for and styling dresses, I am a true “jeans and t-shirt” kind of girl. It’s what I feel most comfortable in and what I find the most functional.
There was a time, where I felt compelled to elevate my style by wearing trendy things that may not have been the most appealing or the most functional for my lifestyle. Well, enough of that!
While you will still see me wearing dresses and jumpsuits, I think a (trendy) spin on plain basics can be just as influential.
My tip? Find T-shirt’s that offer something “extra”. A cold shoulder…some distressing…cool graphics…subtle embellishments…or a new neckline.
